Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn footwear or accessories back in their original ALDO box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
